Refunds

If you are not happy with any unopened items, you can return them within 30 days of receiving them. The items must be unopened, undamaged, and in a sellable condition. You need to contact our Customer Service team for the return process. We will refund your payment to the original method and inform you by email once the refund is processed. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted. You must pay for the return postage. The refund will cover the product cost, excluding postage.

Handle items with care. All items must be returned unused and sealed in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns if these conditions are not met.

Incorrect or Faulty Products:

We check all products before shipping. If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product, contact Lisa@Mystic-Whiskers.com immediately with your order number and details. Let us know if you want a refund or a replacement. We will then guide you on the return process.
